The Chalets can hold two couples, in which case the second couple would receive a 30% discount on their stay.

Reservations for New Years week include breakfast and our traditional New Years dinner.
Reservations for Carnival week include breakfast and our traditional faijoada (a Brazilian dish of meat with
rice and black beans and hot pepper sauce) and barbecue.

Reservations need to be made a week in advance.

To hold a reservation we need a bank transfer of 50% of the total reservation. The balance to be paid
in cash when you check out. (We only accept checks from repeat guests. We are sorry for this inconvenience.)


All of the chalets have air conditioning, 20” TVs, feather pillows, cotton sheets and fine covers, hair driers,
“Jumbo” towels, balconies with hammocks and sofas with footrests.

There’s a central swimming pool, with more “Jumbo” towels and lounge chairs.
There are regular activities around the pool.
There’s enclosed parking, behind an electric gate (each guest is given a gate control).
24 hr wi-fi internet access.
Breakfast is served everyday until 11:00 am. (There are many local restaurants that serve lunch
and dinner. Porto Seguro is a major vacation destination in Brazil.)
You may rent a car from IOIO Rent a Car and have it waiting for you at the airport when you
arrive, (Porto Seguro Airport) just 5 km from us.

It is important to note that our space is limited.
We are often booked for New Years and Carnival far in advance. Should a guest not show as scheduled
their deposit may not be returned. It is also possible that for a repeat guest the deposit can be used for
a future stay.
